About the Founder
I'm **Sriansh Lingidi**, a rising senior from Cary, North Carolina, and the founder of LeadSport. Football has been a constant in my life, teaching me discipline, hard work, and the importance of staying consistent even when things aren't fair. But for years, finding the right coach was a struggle. Too often, it felt like luck decided who got quality mentorship and who didn't.
Everything changed when I finally met a coach who not only taught me the game but also helped me develop the mindset to face challenges on and off the field. That experience opened my eyes to the real impact of great coaching and inspired my mission to **make it accessible to every athlete.**
Beyond sports, I'm driven by adventure and pushing my limits. *Trekking to Everest Base Camp* was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. It taught me the value of preparation, perseverance, and having the right support, lessons that guide how I approach LeadSport every day.
